| Description: | The furnace (Patent Number:ZL03 2 54894.X)，based on the ZDFR-S fluidized bed hot air furnace, is designed with two stage inertia gas-solid separators and whistle-pipe secondary air construction in the chamber. Such two stage separators as U trough firebrick impingement separator and U burning settling chamber raise the burning rate and reduce the flying ashes carried secretly in the exhaust gas for the clean hot flue gas supply. The whistle-pipe secondary air can reinforce the burning blast and sweep the ashes piled in the furnace hearth for slag easy to be removed. The additional settling chamber, longer than that in ZDFR-S, can be gas-mixing chamber where the natural cold gas is mixed to adjust the temperature of the supply flue gases. | |
