| Description: | The combustion way of the coal-fired fluidized bed hot air furnace is that the broken coal particles with diameter below 10mm are send evenly into the fluidized bed of the furnace chamber with coal feeder. The high pressure blasts from the blower are injected by the equal pressure bellows into the furnace chamber through nozzle button pores on the distributor. The blasts from all directions from the air bed to support coal particles and charging material for fluidisable boiling combustion. The coal particles and coal slag in high temperature crash and split mutually till burning into cinders. Featured by large contact area between air and fuel, high relative motion speed, long burning of fuel in fluidized bed, fast burning speed, high burning rat, energy saving and environment protection, this combustion way is widely applied and quickly spread in industrial furnaces. | |
